HOW TO ORDER

Please fill out the Book Us form and will get back to you!  You may also call/text 214.212.4456 or DM us on Instagram @thepoppartyco to chat or place an order. We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance because our calendar fills up fast. 

INSTALLATION & TAKE DOWN

1. It is your responsibility to confirm that balloons are allowed at your venue.
2. Installation times range from 1 to 4+ hours. Please prepare accordingly.
3. You are responsible for takedown unless you order teardown.  If you would like us to disassemble your installation, the fee starts at $150, depending on the complexity and distance of installation.

30 Minute Grace Period - We want you to love our creation as much as we do and creativity takes time. Since we often have more than one installation, we may not be able to complete your installation and you will not be offered a refund if you arrive more than 30 minutes after our agreed meeting time. 

INSTALLATION FEES

Most garlands require a delivery + installation fee of 20%. However, if you have a complex design or a set-up that requires additional support (like extra-long ladders, truck or heavy equipment rentals), we will inform you of any additional installation charges prior to installation.

DELIVERY - BRAZOS VALLEY

The 20% delivery + installation fee is included within a 10-mile radius of 77845.

Beyond the 10-mile radius, there is a charge of 54.5 cents per mile.

BALLOON INFO

  • BIG! Balloons last about  more than a week.  However, the vinyl message will begin to wrinkle after 24 hours. We recommend getting your BIG! Balloon on the day of your event!  Once the vinyl begins to wrinkle, you can gently pull it off and enjoy the BIG Balloon for at least another week.

  • Indoor balloon installations can last several days if not exposed to extreme conditions. We can install garlands a day or two before your event.

  • Outdoor balloon installations are exposed to conditions beyond our control so the time they hold up varies. We recommend installation on the day of your event.  During Texas summers, we may not be able to install your garland in the direct sunlight.

  • Balloons will randomly pop or deflate after installation for various reasons.  We make our garlands extra thick so that when this happens, you cannot notice. Sorry, we are not responsible for replacing balloons that pop or release after delivery + install. 

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellations made up to 7 days before your event are 80% refundable. Cancellations made 5 days or less before your event are 50% refundable. If you cancel 24 hours before the event, it is nonrefundable. If weather provides an issue for your installation, we will work to provide an alternative set-up location or give you credit for a future event.  Sorry, no returns are allowed on products once they have been delivered to your celebration.

CLEAN-UP + SUSTAINABILITY

We use 100% biodegradable balloons. However, we ask that you do not release any helium balloons in the air. Please dispose of all balloons properly. We are always glad to help you take down your balloon installation. Our teardown fee starts at $150.
